质子交换膜燃料电池具有无污染、噪声低、能量密度高、燃料转换效率高、响应速度快的显著优点,得到了迅速发展,但寿命仍然是制约其大规模商业化的重要原因。局部电流密度作为质子交换膜燃料电池运行过程中的重要参数,既能作为电池运行过程中的故障诊断和定位工具,提升电池运行的稳定性和和耐久性;又能提供电池运行期间其内部现象的有关信息,为深入理解电池反应机理以及优化电池设计提供有力指导,因此研究局部电流密度具有非常重要的意义。本文介绍并分析了实时原位测量局部电流密度的方法,比较了前人实验所得结果与模拟所得结果,阐述了相关参数对局部电流密度分布的影响机制,回顾并评析了局部电流密度用于燃料电池分析中的实际工作。最后,立足于局部电流密度的研究现状,给出了局部电流密度下一步的研究方向。  相似文献

An enantioselective aldehyde α‐alkylation/semipinacol rearrangement was achieved through organo‐SOMO catalysis. The catalytically generated enamine radical cation serves as a carbon radical electrophile that can stereoselectively add to the alkene of an allylic alcohol and initiate ensuing ring‐expansion of cyclopropanol or cyclobutanol. This tandem reaction enables the production of a wide range of nonracemic functionalizable α‐quaternary‐δ‐carbonyl cycloketones in high yields and excellent enantioselectivity from simple aldehydes and allylic alcohols. As a key step, the intramolecular reaction was also successfully applied in the asymmetric total synthesis of (+)‐cerapicol.  相似文献

An atom‐economic approach that has an unprecedented high selectivity for the synthesis of lactic acid (LA) based on a catalytic dehydrogenative cross‐coupling by using inexpensive bulk ethylene glycol and methanol is described. This method relies on the synthesis and utilization of a novel iridium catalyst bearing three N‐heterocyclic carbenes derived from 1,3‐dimethylbenzimidazolium salts, and exhibits outstanding activity in the production of LA [turnover frequency (TOF) up to 3660 h?1] owing to an elegant metal–ligand cooperation.  相似文献

Herein, we report the development of an 18F‐labeled, activity‐based small‐molecule probe targeting the cancer‐associated serine hydrolase NCEH1. We undertook a focused medicinal chemistry campaign to simultaneously preserve potent and specific NCEH1 labeling in live cells and animals, while permitting facile 18F radionuclide incorporation required for PET imaging. The resulting molecule, [18F]JW199, labels active NCEH1 in live cells at nanomolar concentrations and greater than 1000‐fold selectivity relative to other serine hydrolases. [18F]JW199 displays rapid, NCEH1‐dependent accumulation in mouse tissues. Finally, we demonstrate that [18F]JW199 labels aggressive cancer tumor cells in vivo, which uncovered localized NCEH1 activity at the leading edge of triple‐negative breast cancer tumors, suggesting roles for NCEH1 in tumor aggressiveness and metastasis.  相似文献

Organic semiconductor (OSC) crystals have great potential to be applied in many fields, as they can be flexibly designed according to the demands and show an outstanding device performance. However, OSCs with the capacity of solid-state crystallization (SSC) are developing too slowly to meet demands in productions and applications, due to their difficulties in molecular design and synthesis, unclear mechanism and high dependence on experimental conditions. In this work, in order to solve the problems, we synthesized an organic semiconductor capable of SSC at room temperature by adjusting the relationship between conjugated groups and functional groups. The thermodynamic and kinetic properties have been studied to discover the model of film SSC. Moreover, it can be purposefully controlled to prepare the high-quality crystals, and their corresponding organic electronic devices were further fabricated and discussed.  相似文献

Abstract

(+)- and (?)-gancochlearols A (1) and B (2), two pairs of dimeric mertoterpenoid enantiomers were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma cochlear. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Biological assessments show that the enantiomers of 1 and 2 are cytotoxic against three human cancer cell lines (A549, K562, Huh-7) and could inhibit COX-2 expression with IC50 values less than 10?μM.  相似文献

The synchronization of diagnosis and treatment is a new trend in cancer treatment. Photoacoustic imaging (PAI) and photothermal therapy (PTT) are recognized as one of the perfect combinations. The autocatalytic polymerization of selenium/polypyrrole (Se@PPy) nanocomposites with a wide-absorption band at near-infrared region (NIR, 800 nm) has been developed in this paper. The wide optical absorption characteristics enable Se@PPy nanocomposites to achieve multi-spectral PAI. Ex vivo experiments show desirable photoacoustic ability of the Se@PPy nanocomposites at wavelengths ranging from 700 nm to 900 nm, which is better than that of commercial indocyanine green (ICG). Se@PPy nanocomposites have high photothermal conversion efficiency up to 36.3% as well as excellent photo-thermal stability. In vitro cytotoxicity test demonstrates that the Se@PPy nanocomposites have good bio-safety. Furthermore, the feasibility of Se@PPy nanocomposites for enhancing multi-spectral PAI guided PTT was verified on 4T1 tumor-bearing nude mice. Our results indicate that Se@PPy nanocomposites could be used as an effective theranostic agent for near-infrared light-mediated PAI and PTT of tumor.  相似文献

The closed-form solutions of bending curvature and stress distribution in film/substrate system with the synthesis surface effect are proposed by minimizing the total potential energy. Effects of the roughness and the residual surface stress on stress in film are addressed. Results reveal that, at a given thickness of the substrate, effects of roughness and residual surface stress on the bending curvature become significant with decreasing the film thickness. The roughing surface will enlarge the magnitudes of bending curvature and film stress. The direction change of residual surface stresses can lead to a reversed bending of film/substrate system.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了Ca2-xMgSi2O7:xEu2+绿色荧光粉.用X射线衍射仪、荧光分光光度计及光色综合测试系统对Ca2-xMgSi2O7:xEu2+绿色荧光粉的相结构、发光性能进行了测试.结果表明:其激发光谱分布在300–480 nm波长范围,谱峰位于389,430 nm处,可以被InGaN管芯产生的360–480 nm辐射有效激发;在波长为430 nm蓝光激发下,其发射光谱谱峰位于531 nm处.Ca2-xMgSi2O7:xEu2+绿色荧光粉的发光强度随Eu2+掺杂量的增加而增强,当Eu2+掺杂量x为0.04时,发光强度达到最大值,而后开始降低,发生浓度猝灭.根据Dexter能量共振理论,浓度猝灭是由电偶极-电偶极相互作用引起的. 关键词: 2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+')" href="#">Ca2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+ 绿色荧光粉 发光特性 白光发光二极管  相似文献
